We currently offer Pan India Shipping and deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India.

2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1,999.
A standard shipping fee may be applicable for orders below ₹1,999. The exact shipping charge will be displayed during checkout.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email (where applicable), allowing you to track your shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard procedures. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges, if any, for re-dispatch will be borne by the customer.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details while placing an order.

Darling Collection shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:

Do not accept the package if the damage is severe.
Take clear photos or videos of the package.
Contact us immediately through WhatsApp or email.

For claims regarding damaged products, an unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened may be required for verification.

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:
