1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

You received a wrong product.
You received a damaged or defective product.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

The returned product must be:

Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
In its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Returned with all accessories (if applicable).

2. Return Request Timeline

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of the date of delivery.
Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim a return for a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

Start before opening the sealed package.
Clearly show the shipping label and outer packaging.
Continue without any cuts until the product is fully visible.

Return requests without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.

4. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products are not eligible for return:

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Jewellery and accessories, unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Products purchased during clearance, sale, promotional offers, or final sale, unless they are damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Returns requested due to minor variations in color caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and successfully inspected by our quality team.

If the return is approved:

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The actual credit time depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If the return is approved because of a wrong, damaged, or defective product, Darling Collection will arrange the return or provide appropriate assistance.

8. Right to Reject Returns

Darling Collection reserves the right to reject any return request if:

The product does not meet the return eligibility criteria.
