At Darling Collection, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped.
Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details through:

Please include your Order ID, Name, and Reason for Cancellation to help us process your request quickly.
3. Cancellation Approval
Cancellation requests are subject to verification of the order status.
If the order has not been processed for shipment, the cancellation request will be approved.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is approved. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Cash on Delivery (If Available)
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation is allowed only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Refusal to Accept Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept a shipped order without a valid reason, Darling Collection reserves the right to recover any shipping or return shipping charges incurred.
7. Cancellation by Darling Collection
Darling Collection reserves the right to cancel an order under circumstances including, but not limited to:
Product is out of stock or unavailable.
Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors.
Payment could not be verified.
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.
Delivery location is not serviceable.
If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
